Packnet, LTD is one of the area's suppliers of packaging solutions for fragile and high-value freight, yet few of their customers realized how extraordinary their capabilities really are. To illustrate them, CB/m developed a high-impact serial mailing that featured cast pewter miniatures of items Packnet had actually shipped, and shipping method. The mailings made such an impact that customers called Packnet to make sure they didn't miss a mailer. CB/m also developed a quarterly newsletter that maintains customer contact and stresses Packnet's ever-evolving strengths and packaging "intelligence.”
