Senior Cooperatives have an ongoing need to replace memberships as their residents move. Once a cooperative is built, the marketing budget is greatly reduced as the bulk of money allocated to marketing was in the building/development phase funding. It is challenging for the cooperative member boards to continue their advertising and marketing. Managers plus board members contributed photos, mail handling, copy changes, etc. to help City’s Best create professional materials indicative of their properties and within their budgets. Their materials have supported and helped them be more competitive in the marketplace to solicit new members.
