Vernon Terrace is a 55+ independent and assisted living residence in Edina. Their challenge was to increase apartment home occupancy as well as retain residents longer. We created new branding with an updated logo and “look”. An "out-of-the-box" direct mail campaign and property rental magazine and newspaper ads were created to target prospects. After the first six months, tour attendance increased along with overall occupancy.
